Our Van Life coir mat evokes feelings of the nomadic life of freedom, of the open road, carefree days roaming the countryside or relaxing at the coast. Perfect for van, RV, camping or glamping.

Coir is one of the most durable and strongest of natural fibers. They are tight tufted, but it is natural to see some loose fibers as you remove it from the box and light shedding over its long, weather resistant life.

Coir is naturally fungi and bacteria resistant making it very low maintenance.

• Rubber mat on bottom to prevent slipping

Care instructions:

Coconut husk darkens as it gets wet and will remain dark. If you would like your mat to retain its original lighter color, do not leave it out in the elements for extended periods of time. For a longer lasting mat & design, it is best kept under a covered area away from rain/snow.

The outdoor acrylic paint we use is uv resistant, weather resistant, durable paint. It does not run and will not cause staining on cement. If you do see any marking under the mat, this is due to it being wet and when the coir material is combined with dirt, may leave a dark area. We recommend using baking soda and a brush to remove it.
